House Spirits Monthly Cocktail Series
We now offer House Spirits Distillery Cocktail Classes and Spirit Education three times a month. These classes will cover using our spirits in a variety of cocktails, balancing the perfect drink, cocktail & spirit history, background of distillation through the ages, and fun! These small group classes are limited seating, but we will be offering this class throughout the year.

The Three (mini) Martini Lunch
President Gerald R. Ford once said "The three-martini lunch is the epitome of American efficiency. Where else can you get an earful, a bellyful and a snootful at the same time?"
We here at House Spirits couldn't agree more, but we do know you have to get back to work. So how about a mini martini?
Every Wednesday through Friday we will be pouring sample cocktails from 12:30 until 1:30 pm and helping you get all of your needs for the FULL sized version for when you get to go home.

House Spirits Volstead Vodka Happy Hour
That is a mean mustache Mr. Volstead, but we'll pass on your act.

The idea of drinking before dinner has its roots in the Prohibition era. When the 18th Amendment and the Volstead Act were passed banning alcohol consumption, citizens would host "cocktail hours", also known as "happy hours", at a speakeasy (an illegal drinking establishment) before eating at restaurants where alcohol could not be served. Cocktail lounges continued the trend of drinking before dinner.

House Spirits will be hosting happy hour every Wednesday through Friday from 5pm until 6pm. We will be featuring the newest spirit in our family, Volstead Vodka. Join us for samples each evening of a new tasty vodka cocktail, instruction on how to make your own, and leave with everything you need to make it at home!
