Kamikaze

1 1/2 oz MEDOYEFF VODKA
1/4 oz COINTREAU
3/4 oz FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
1/2 oz SIMPLE SYRUP (1 part granulated sugar: 1 part cold H2O)
In a pint mixing glass add spirits, juice, simple syrup then ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Moscow Mule

2 oz MEDOYEFF VODKA
1 oz FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
3 oz Ginger Beer
In a pint mixing glass add Vodka, juice then ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice then top with ginger beer. stir gentle with a straw and enjoy. Can be served in a Collins glass, Highball glass or, if you're lucky, the traditional copper mug. Garnish with a lime wedge.

3/4 oz Aperol Italian bitters
1 1/2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1/4 oz clover honey syrup (2 parts clover honey:1 part hot H2O)
1 oz Prosecco
In a pint mixing glass add spirits, juice, clover honey syrup then ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a wide grapefruit disc.
